Retained Search: If your need is immediate, or the skills you need are more in demand, we can dedicate a team of executive recruiters to focus exclusively on your specific solution. This is a customized search process with a firm timeline of commitments. An agreed upon engagement fee is required to initiate the project. We will screen all the candidates either in person or via Skype.Our service fee is based on either a percentage of the candidate’s first-year earnings or a flat fee. The first one-third of the fee is to be paid in order to initiate the search. At this point, the exclusive search process will begin. The second-third is paid after the submission of the short list of qualified candidates and the final third is paid upon hiring of the candidate. Many of our clients utilize this method to hire Director level and above positions.
Priority Search: When your search requires an Account Manager to devote his or her dedicated time to filling a position, a priority search is an excellent solution where clients are given exclusivity of the candidates and the Account Manager’s full attention. Management Recruiters of Xenia will screen and meet all qualified candidates in person or via Skype. Our service fee is based on either a percentage of the candidate’s first-year earnings or a flat fee, with an agreed upon commitment fee due upon commencement of the search. The balance is due upon hiring of the candidate.
Contingency Search: A contingency solution is a good method to stay aware of top talent as it becomes available in the market. No financial commitment is required to begin the search. We direct our resources to identify, qualify, and recruit viable candidates applicable to the client's job requisition. The client is charged a fee that is a percentage of the candidate’s first year earnings, paid when the candidate starts. Conducting a contingency search is a no-risk opportunity to add top talent to your organization. It’s also a good solution if you want to find candidates to compare to candidates you surface on your own.
Contract Staffing: Whatever your temporary situation, from growth spurts to leaves of absence, we have the ability and capacity you need to take on the challenge. With contract staffing, you get the resources you need, when you need them, without the overhead of permanent staff. Our service fee is based upon the employee cost plus an applicable mark-up.
